How Can Scholars Information Services Assist McNair Programs with their Annual Program Report (APR)

The time to report program evaluation for the McNair program is rapidly approaching. Scholars Information Services can help. The McNair program specialists at Scholars understand the importance of contacting former program participants to identify their achievements and improve your evaluation reports. Since time is of the essence, and the current processes are labor intensive and time consuming, we offer our proprietary process that provides you with accurate contact information within 5 to 7 business days.

Scholars can provide for each program alumnus / alumnae:

• Current address with over a 90% accuracy rate
• Phone Number (Residential, Cell, Business)
• Name Changes
• Decease Record if Applicable

It is required that programs transmit to Scholars, via our secure Web site, the following data for each program alumnus / alumnae:

• Social Security Number
• Full Name
• SID or other Unique Record Identifier

All data exchanges are processed via Scholars' secure web site using a SSL Interface and a double login process. Only you have access to your data. Scholars will not sell or share your data to any outside parties. For additional information on security, visit our security page.
